$10 Million Spent Defending Terrorists

Over $10 million has been spent on legal fees defending the rights of 9 Sydney terrorists who were found guilty of terrorism offences – more than $1 million for each terrorist. “Defending rights is one thing, but what about the thousands of Australians every year who can’t get legal aid, which we know is under funded in this country?” said Liberal Senator Guy Barnett, who uncovered the cost in Senate estimates.
Yet another Labor Government blow-out.
